This was an unexpected gem! I was looking for somewhere to eat in Nagasaki, but many restaurants were closed for the afternoon, or were too far to travel to on an empty stomach.
I almost passed on this little restaurant, but the acai bowl enticed me. However I ended up ordering an acai smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious! After walking from Nagasaki station to the peace park, and then atomic bomb museum, this smoothie was so refreshing. I highly recommend it!

The owner speaks English well, and was very patient with me trying to fumble around trying to practice my Japanese. She is also very well travelled, and if you have a chance to visit the cafe, have a short chat with her! I actually very much...
