Very friendly owners with great food! I stopped by here for dinner during my day trip to Nagasaki. I thought the restaurant was opened and tried to enter at 5:45 pm but quickly learned that they open at 6 PM. The owner quickly unlocked the door and let us sit in and gave us water. I felt like the hospitality was top notch!! We ordered the champon, Sara udon, and gyoza. Absolutely loved each dish and finished every last bit. Champon had a very clean taste and the soup was delicious, Sara udon had really nice crispy noodles on the bottom, the gyozas were nice and juicy and crispy at the same time....
