Amazing experience. The food was exceptional with all the local ingredients, but what really put the cherry on the cake was the service. I have never seen such a coordinated staff at a restaurant, almost as it they had practiced every move.

Note that there is no a la carte menu at all. Only the chef's set menu. The bill for the two of us came to 55,000 yen, with one of us getting the wine pairing.
