Excellent, excellent, excellent burgers. The meat is well seasoned and has a black pepper crust and just oozes with meaty juice. I got a double cheeseburger and it is big. There is a great freshness from the lettuce and tomatoes as well, and they don’t get lost in all the meat and cheese goodness. The bun is unlike any other, where the top is thick and fluffy and the bottom is crusty and thin, perfect for absorbing all the meat. HOWEVER, enough about the burger the real star is that Bone-in-Flank (Frank) which is absolutely unreal. The best hotdog sausage I have ever had and I don’t think anything will come close to it. The flavor is immaculate, it has a wonderful snap and lightly grilled with a rosemary garnish, and it’s not overwhelming at all. Throw some of the hot mustard and ketchup mix onto it and it is a culinary experience unlike any other. I have no idea what a bone is doing in there but I wouldn’t want it any other way. Amongst all the great food in Japan, sometimes a good ol burger is what the heart desires. I would travel all the way to Nagasaki just to eat this meal when in Japan, and I hail from the United States. Enough words though, like the museum and memorial there this is just something one must experience first hand.

There was an excess of black pepper on the bottom of the burger, both our buns were burnt, and one of our potato wedges had a a piece of hair in it. We ordered to go so going back to the restaurant and complaining about it in person wasnt an option we wanted to do.
