中華そば 一徹者 — Restaurant in Nagoya

This was our first time dining at a ramen shop, and it turned out to be a delightful experience.

It was convenient to find the menu displayed outside the store, showcasing the prices and options available. Upon entering, we were assisted by the cook, who happened to be from Nepal. She was very friendly and helpful throughout our ordering process.

Inside, there was a ticket machine where you insert your money and select the type of ramen you want to order. I chose number 3, which included a rich chicken broth, three pork slices, and one egg, all for 1030 yen. Alternatively, there was an option with five pork slices but no egg for the same price.

We opted to sit in a corner since we were not yet familiar with dining in a ramen shop. Water was freely available, and we could help ourselves from the pitcher located in front of us. Tissues were also provided and conveniently located below the table.

The ramen itself was exceptional, with a very flavorful broth, thick pork slices, and a perfectly cooked egg. After finishing our meal, we placed our bowls on top of the counter for easy collection and cleaning by the staff.

Overall, we had a great experience with polite and helpful staff, delicious food, and a pleasant ambiance. We highly recommend this place to others, especially on a cold day when a bowl of hot ramen is...

The staff were lovely. The food was well priced and made quickly. I had pork Raman, but they did not include the eggs. We also tried the spicy beef dish which was not spicy and was plain. The dining area was old and not as clean as it could be. You paid for your meal through a vending machine...
