worst experience ever!!!!! Be prepared for rude service. I was in the line waiting. As a foreigner, there was no sign for any difference for dine in or take out. While in the line, I change my mind to dine in. When it was my turn, I told them I want one original and one mocha flavour to dine in. After they direct me inside, they ask what I want to order. I said I have ordered already. They asked me to order it again, and this time they said I have to order a drink with it, regardless of the menu having options to order the cake alone. I said then I’ll just take those two that I have ordered to go. They asked me to line up outside again!!!!! Which is ridiculous. I told them I was in the line and now they directed me inside and force me to order drink with the cake. Then they ask me to go in the line with extremely impatient attitude. First time I have to leave negative review in Japan. You can still go if you can be prepared for this “fraud”...

I was concerned after seeing the review by another saying that they were essentially rejecting non-Japanese. My experience was very good. After I signed up (with help from an image translate, because all the text is in Japanese), my party was not ready. They kindly allowed me to delay and, once my party was gathered, allowed us to come in as soon as a slot was free. Super cute deserts displayed as chickens! These delicious treats only go on sale (for takeaway) 3 x times a day (10am / 2pm / 5pm) and we just happened to be there at 1.45pm so we joined the queue. Once opened, the line moved quickly and in no time we had two little chickens to eat on our train to Tokyo. We had opted to get a cooler bag and mini ice pack which definitely helped maintain their freshness. And what a delicious treat they were for the trip! There is definitely a novelty factor here but if you’re around when they go on sale it’s worth it, as they are the cutest...
