FUSE COFFEE nagoya — Restaurant in Nagoya

A contemporary café within the Androoms hotel building. It has a pretty chic minimalistic decor with modern furnishing. Atmosphere is quite nice actually. The shortcomings of this café lie in its food and drinks which are ok but too expensive for me to recommend to anyone.

Hojicha latte : S+, 8.5/10. Definitely the better drink out of the two lattes. More intense flavour

Matcha latte: B, 6/10. Too much milk froth which diluted the tea and the flavour

French toast: B, 6/10. Not that crispy outside and too gooey inside...

Do not go early! It says that it opens at 7:00. We walked across town because of high ratings and it looks lovely. We got there around 8:00 and we were told that they could not serve us because they were full. There were plenty of empty seats and several people already had their food and coffee. Maybe they are making drinks for hotel guests that we are unable to see from this shop (it’s part of hotel). They should post...

This coffee shop also serves as a breakfast venue for hotel guests of hotel androoms. It is spacious, well lit, and feels welcoming. I had breakfast there twice, and a double espresso, which was good.

Funny enough, they gave me a double espresso in a plastic cup thinking I wanted a takeaway but then brought me a replacement in a ceramic cup when I took a seat. Thanks for being so kind.
