Ordered the Hitsumabushi, tendon, and 5-piece sashimi.

Hitsumabushi was very beefy and tender, accompanied by the tasty sauce (with extra on the side, which we almost finished!). Tendon dish was flavorful, but lacked tendon chunks. Sashimi was ok, octopus was tough to chew.

They had an english menu and everything was ordered through a tablet at the table. Service was prompt and efficient. We were seated at a table and there were curtains beside, so there was a...

Octopus sashimi was a bit chewy. Japanese black beef was succulent but needed the japanese sweet soy for better overall taste. Fried oysters were normal. The braised japanese black beef with tendon in miso and wine was my fave because it was tender, flavorful and rich! I scraped off the sauce!!! We couldn't find the tendon though, perhaps it had melted in the rich sauce. Also, it was a...
