The hotel is relatively new, modern, clean and well lit. It is about 10 minute walk from Nagoya main station, and approximately 5 minute walk to a convenience store. We, ( 3 adults & 2 kids) got the superior triple room for two nights. The room is spacious considering Japan standard. It is spotless clean, has complete amenities, (toiletries, coffee and tea making apparatus, slippers and pajamas, etc.). They have public bath and vending machine for drinks and ice cream at the 2nd floor, as well as ice cube dispenser. They also has some free drinks at the lobby until 11pm.||The Staffs are very nice, just want to special mention Lin or Lyn and the other front desk ladies when we arrive who are courteous, friendly and not to mention very helpful. I was shocked to know upon arriving that our Agoda booking was cancelled two days before. (I unknowingly have an error on my part and didn't check my email as we are already travelling.) Good thing that the room we booked is still available and they were very helpful in dealing with our problem, and to our surprise we still got it at a rate few thousand Yen cheaper than the supposedly discounted Agoda rate.||The breakfast buffet is good, but it is the most quiet breakfast place that I have been to considering there are people around, though that is not really a bad thing. Most of the guests are single person business type and not the family type at that time, hence the hushed surrounding.||I highly recommend this hotel and can't say enough kind words about them. I will definitely be back and staying with them if I will be in...

Read moreLocated at a quiet alley near Nagoya Station (10 min walk from JR, but very close to metro station), the hotel has a cozy appearance even when it's dark at night. The hotel is quite new, opened in 2018, and rooms are very clean equipped with new electrical appliances. The room is very small, a bed, a table and a little space between them is all you have, but this is a standard in Japan. What is remarkable is amenities they have. Toothbrushes and nightwears are common to be equipped in the room, but here, you can take any cosmetic items ( cleansing cream, face lotion, hair band, shaving foam etc ) from the reception and there are all the kids items I can imagine ( can be checked on their website ). They also have a Japanese style big bath decorated with gold tiles, and you don't have to take anything from the room, because it is equipped with towels, washing items, and even bath chairs for small kids. ||Breakfast buffet is great. Nagoya has lots of unique local foods, but you can try most of them here. They also have a variety of breads, cereals, fresh vegetables and healthy foods. There are many famous restaurants around the hotel like Kachaguri-ya and Nonki-ya, and also there are a convenience store and a drug store near to the hotel. ||I can recommend this place to both Japanese and...
