It’s a top floor restaurant at ANA crown plaza hotel. I had an afternoon tea. It cost around 6000 JPY =40 USD per person. A staff was very attentive. They served tea bag tea not leaf tea with hot milk. The foods were not bad except scone. It’s not even warm. We shouldn’t except too much. The restaurant was French cuisine. I should choose espresso instead of the tea. Very quiet atmosphere with an amazing view.
