Sushiya Tonbo Fushimi — Restaurant in Nagoya

Very nice sushi shop. Kind staff trying to explain me how to order in English.

The sushi was good, pretty fresh and not too expensive.

A bit difficult to order. There are plastic stick with sushi name written on it (in Japanese). Place the stick you want to order on the counter. The chef will place your order on your plate. They have English menu, but you still have to match it with the japanese name...

Walking into this place I had no idea my life would be changed forever. It was the best sushi I’ve ever tasted. Crafted with care and intention. The chef is clearly a genius. Being from the US, I am now ruined when it comes to sushi. Nothing will ever compare to the flavors I tasted at this place. It was a religious experience, I wept tears...

2回目訪問の後も何回かお邪魔させていただいてきましたが、期待を裏切られた事がない事が不思議です。（私は要求度が高い！？）

味、接客、雰囲気、客層 以上が全てです。

こちらは独りか絶対に気のおけないと思える友人としか来ません。

さて、本日20230529PM0305訪問記です。

とんぼ様のモットー（らしい）【質は高く、敷居は低く】を実現なさっています。

安心してください。

最高のコストパフォーマンスを実感できます。 今日は7,500円ぐらい飲み食いさせていただきましたが、栄地区で同じ内容ですと、2万円以上コースでしょうね。

店長が抜群のお仕事されます。（ここ肝要）

ただ、今日もいらしてた一見さんたちが増えると、ただでさえ少ない席数が厳しくなるのがジレンマ（あまり褒めると）

でも、楽しかったので、公表しちゃいます。

娘たちと来店するのが、今一番の目標です！
