Torikai Nagoya Cochin — Restaurant in Nagoya

We found this place while looking for a lunch place after visiting the Nagoya castle. All the staffs were friendly and attentive. We got free tea (hot or iced) and a wet towel which is lovely. We love that they had a basket where you could put your belongings under the table. 旦那が遅れてくる状態で先に来店。 外人さんの店員に『まだひとり来ないから 後ろの人よかったら通してください』と 伝えたら、『いや大丈夫ですどうぞ～。』 と通してもらいました。

旦那の到着予定がずれてしまい、ただ 中で待ってもいいと言われてたので待って ると、男性店員に『あの～、他のお客さんも 待っているのでそろそろ…』と濁すように 声をかけられました。

何が言いたいのかはっきりしないので 『出てった方がいいですか？』と聞くと、 先輩の男性店員？に聞いていましたが、 その店員さんは少し嫌そうな顔をして、 『まあ、大丈夫ですよ。』と答えました。 到着時間がどのくらいかを伝え、待ちました。

すると、その到着時間を少し越えただけで、 わたしになにも確認せず、他のお客さんを 通してしまい、結局わたしだけ食べて、 到着した旦那は食べれず。

店員同士客の情報を共有せず、 最初の店員とあとの店員の言っていることも 違い、なおかつ旦那が楽しみにしていた 親子丼も食べれず、最悪でした。

他のレビューを見ても店員の接客がよくない と書いてありますね。

もういかないです。

あと、チキン南蛮をたべたのですが、 むね肉を使っており、下味ほぼなしで タレとタルタルの味のみ。そして写真と まったく違う形で出てきました。
