令和4年3月、ランチをいただきました。 今ランチは水、木、土のみで祝日はお休みとのことです。ランチは2種類。 メゾンクレールランチ¥3,500か、シェフスペシャルランチ¥6,000のどちらかです。電話をして席を予約する時にコースも伝えます。 店内は落ち着いた雰囲気 アルコールは赤ワイン、白ワイン、シャンパーニュ、スパークリングワインなど、とても豊富にありました。ビール、ウイスキー、泡盛、梅酒もあります。ノンアルコールドリンクも色々な種類があって、ランチだったのでノンアルのドリンクを1杯だけ飲みました。 お料理は3,500円のコースをいただきました。 前菜はセイイカとマダコのマリネ 続いてボーンテールスープ お魚は白鯛とエビのソテー メインはやんぼる産チキンロースト デザートにガトーショコラ、パインロースト、オレンジ、イチゴムースなど 沖縄の食材を使った贅沢なお料理でした。 ボーンテールスープはテレビなどでも紹介されています。手間暇かけて作ったスープは香りから美味しかった。ボーンブロスは栄養価が高く、健康増進にも良いものとの事です。一皿一皿、ゆっくりと味わう料理は自分へのご褒美、友人と楽しく、記念日などに行き...
