PROS|—Short walking distance from the Kenchomae monorail station and less than 5min walk to Kokusai street where you’ll find all the eateries and shops, there’s a mall in close proximity to the hotel, and a Family Mart as well as a 7/11 right there as well||—If you’re going on day tours the tour buses pick up practically outside the hotel so it’s a super convenient location for that||—Front desk and breakfast staff were approachable and welcoming, everyone had a great attitude||—We booked a twin room and got a corner room (#901) which was next door to a storage room, while some noise can be heard from the hallway the room itself was super quiet, spacious, and very new. The bed was really comfy with soft bedding and two pillows provided for each guest||—After closing the breakfast buffet the breakfast room is open for guests to utilize the complimentary beverage machine and lounge about||CONS|—While the breakfast buffet itself was very decent, the experience was somewhat that of a canteen since the room is so small and crowded and you sometimes had to separate and sit at solo tables. The breakfast buffet also ends at 9:30am which is unusually early for a hotel breakfast||—The ceiling lights in the room was way too white and stark which took away from the coziness of the room. There were also, inconveniently, no sockets by the bed which is astonishing for a new hotel||—When we ran out of toilet paper we left the empty roll on top of the linen we were having changed outside the room door but didn’t receive toilet paper for two days until having to track down housekeeping and asking for it directly, however, they automatically provided new sets of toothbrushes with the new linen every single day...
Read moreA nice hotel with a public bath at the top level (level 12)! Room is very clean, modern and tidy but it’s a little small but expected for Japan standard especially the toilet. There are toiletries provide in the toilet and also facial products in sachets such as facial wash, cleansing oil, milky lotion and face cream at the lobby next to the lift! A set of clothes were provide with a bag so that you can wear it when you want the use the public bath. The public bath is a shared bath that is separated by male and female. There are lockers and little cubicles for you to shower before entering the hot spring. There are drinks machine at the level 1 and it’s for free which was really great. There is no parking lots provided in this hotel so if you drive you need to find parking elsewhere. There is a monorail station just next to the hotel which is about 3 mins walk and it’s super convenient! The monorail is just next to a shopping mall with a supermarket at the basement. This hotel is slight further from the main shopping street which is quiet and less crowded! The price of the hotel was really reasonable! I would definitely come back and...
Read moreHaving seen that the hotel hasn’t been reviewed lately , I was a little worried of staying in this hotel and in fact it took me several rounds of driving to locate the hotel as there isn’t a prominent sign in English at the hotel entrance nor can one see on top of the building considering it is a 12 storey building. Look out for Comfort Hotel and it is the building just next to it. ||The stay is far above average as the room size is adequate but literally no space to put luggage. Like most Japanese hotels, it is compact but they can actually put in a sofa set with a small table. Breakfast was included in my stay and the quality is good but the layout of table is bad as it is mainly for sole traveller with many single seat table.||The location is great as it is literally next to Ryubo the only departmental store in Naha if you don’t consider Aeon, as well as less than 5 mins walk to Kokusai street. ||The other not so good point is that it only has 2 sets of laundry and dryer on 12th storey and the space is...
