A lovely little stired noodle house. If you like to find a quiet place to wine down after a busy shopping day this is the place to be. There are not too many seating, even with full house it will not make you feel hectic. There were 4 of us seating on the bar table and it felt very spacious The owners are friendly, polite and considerate, because the restaurant isn't big the owners are able to cater to your needs proactively. There are 3 choices of noodles to chose from and was provided in Japanese, English, and Chinese menus. We had the stir noodles and stir noodles with charred cheese. Both were really good, texture of noodles are chewy and a little hard. Just the way it's supposed to be. If you like your noodles on a heavier and creamier side then try the one with charred cheese otherwise the regular stir noodles has just as much flavour with a stronger seaweed taste. If you have lots of sauce left after the noodles are finish they will provid rice for you so you can enjoy it in a different way.
I would totally recommed this place for small groups as they have good food and excellent customer service. A great way to...
Read moreMazemen Mahoroba is a noodle shop in Naha near Kokusai Dori serving mazemen, which is a brothless ramen dish. It is a casual, smallish size restaurant with counter and booth seating. Hence, you may need to wait outside the restaurant until they have a seat available. The menu is limited and displayed on touchscreens which fortunately can be read in either Japanese or English. There are 4 noodle options with a larger number of toppings that can be added. Side dishes are also available as well as an array of drinks.
Ordered the Spicy Taiwanese Stirred Noodles with Charred Cheese and a side of natto. Meal also came with a complimentary miso soup. The noodles were very delicious and the dish was reminiscent of pasta carbonara. I was reluctant to try natto before, but now love it after trying it here. I would recommend giving this place a try for a different...

The place is nice and clean, there is a touch screen with English, Korean and other languages so it is very easy to order.
When you order all the prices are shown, there are 4 choices, plain noodles, plain with cheese, spicy or spicy with cheese. You then choose the size and thickness of your noodles- small medium or large.
I got the spicy version with medium cut noodles, and it was really nice. Basic price is 1050Yen for spicy and 950 YEN for normal. You can add extra toppings like onions, natto, scallions, cheese, and a bunch of other things. Most extra toppings are 80 Yen.
The food comes with egg and some meat on top. Mix it together and enjoy. Enjoy with a draft Orion for 550yen on these hot days.
I would recommend this place. No waiting...
