7,8年前の8月末にオープンした前島のラーメン屋「麺や堂幻」さん。 オープン日に訪問して以来の再訪となりました。当時のレビューを確認したところ、「つけそば」がやたら美味しいとコメントしていますね。 そんなことはすっかり忘れて、この日は長男と訪問。ジュンク堂で赤本を購入した際に2時間無料の駐車券をゲットしたので、歩いて前島までやって来たのです。 店内に入ると、年季の入った雰囲気がありました。 券売機を見ると、メニュー多数です。 PayPayが利用できるようになっており、それは券売機を使用せず直接注文するスタイルになります。 長男は、 醤油つけそば　880円 nobutaは 担々麺　880円 を注文しました。 オープン時期が790円くらいだったので、値上げ幅は努力されている感じですね。 トッピングは、2個180円というサービス価格が存在しましたし、平日はライス無料のようです。 また、ゆで卵のサービスもありました。 オープン当時、駐車場がないのがネックとレビューしましたが、今では指定のコインパーキングに停めた際の1時間サービスもあるようです。 お店の努力に感心しちゃいますね。 さて、担々麺は10辛まであり、３辛が普通。nobutaは５辛にしましたが、あまりインパクトは強くありません。 それよりも、醤油つけそばを食べていた長男の方が、「こりゃ美味い」と大感動の様子。 長男は「つけそば（つけ麺）」を注文したのが人生初だったようで、初で食べた「つけめん」のスープが強烈に美味しかったのは、将来的にも良いことだと思います。 少しスープを頂いたところ、醤油というよりも煮干しが強めの印象でした。 それで、春には上京する長男に「関東に行けば煮干しのお店がたくさんあるよ」と指南したのでした（笑） 久々の訪問でしたが、長男が大喜びだったので良かったです...
