After arriving late in Naha, I found this Izakaya 🏮 still open on a random street. Hopes were not high for a good meal but I love being disappointed. Very friendly staff and they were helpful in recommending some dishes. Sat at the bar so could watch the chef prepare dishes which I like. There are also private rooms if you’re into that. 雖然店裡也有菜單,不過基本上,Google map 有放上去店裡的菜單,雖然跟現場有一些不同,可是大致上一樣,建議要來的人,可事先查過用一下翻譯才知道要怎麼點餐,直接把要點的先打下來再給工作人員看就沒問題。
我個人也是在來店前網路先預約訂位,晚上的出來時間生意很好,如果人比較多建議訂位。
店裡最大的特色,應該就是 泡盛 的酒單,看起來超過 50種以上的泡盛,幾乎全沖繩跟離島的造酒廠應該都有提供,單杯的價格不一,真的喜歡泡盛的人推薦來試試,我覺得種類上幾乎全沖繩都快收集齊了,想大喝特喝或是好好品嘗泡盛,真的很適合來這邊
料理的話...我覺得有點可惜,好與壞太極端,好吃的很好吃,不好吃的就真的味道很差...
像是沖繩炒苦瓜,苦瓜留著苦味,炒的感覺是比較濕潤的口感,豆腐沒有透的感覺,裡面中間偏溫,調味上也是偏清淡,我覺得表現上很普通
黑芝麻豬肉,外面裹著有點半甜口感的黑芝麻醬,裡面是厚切的豬肉,口感上很妙,甜甜鹹鹹,但是吃不太慣,而且肉整體是偏柴,挺乾
另外的燉豬肉(滷豬肉) 超級好吃,軟嫩又香醇,整體的口感跟厚度都很剛好,而且味道調味適中,吃了好想要白飯
人参しりしり(炒紅蘿蔔)鮪魚與紅蘿蔔拌蛋煎炒的一款沖繩在地料理,但是這道我個人覺得還好,沒有特別驚艷
鶏もも肉の炭火黒焼(碳烤雞腿肉)帶著焦香油花的味道,可以完整品嚐到炭燒香,但是雞肉的口感微乾,帶有一些些苦味.. 有點可惜,個人覺得淋上檸檬會好一些
海葡萄清脆新鮮,但這個是正常表現,我覺得沒有太大的驚艷度。
壽司是當天用餐..我覺得表現最差的,整體的魚料都有腥味.....
