While searching for breakfast in Naha around 8:30am, most places were still closed. Wandering through the backstreets, we spotted a long queue of locals — all waiting for Pork Tamago Onigiri. The base is simple but authentic: rice, scrambled egg, bacon and seaweed, with the option to add toppings. We tried one classic and one shrimp, both so tasty that even as someone who usually skips breakfast, I enjoyed every bite. We also had the Okinawan donuts (sata andagi) with sea salt — slightly sweet with a salty twist, only 120 yen each. Breakfast sets cost 480–680 yen and felt very reasonable. The staff were kind and respectful, and the atmosphere felt truly local. No wonder the queue...

Onigiri were all good, my favorite was fried tofu with miso, it is big and satisfying, yet not too oily, it is almost a light meal in one onigiri. Price is higher end, but onigiri is quite big.
My issue was their operation. There is a person who takes order and make drinks, another person who sorts tickets and handout products, another person who make onigiri. Every bite made me very happy, and the kitchen staff all looked very serious and precise on what they were doing !Had to wait half an hour for it at the airport, and the line only got longer.... But if I had to wait an hour in the sun for it... Then probably won't be too worth it though ... As they have another store in naha city ... In fact I went there on a Monday (although was public holiday) at 845 am ... Super packed already. The original flavour was good ... But the special ones are even better ! Really liked...
