老舗うどんチェーンとして有名な「グルメ杵屋グループ」の蕎麦業態である。 ちなみに、空港内の近くには同社グループの「サンドイッチハウス グルメ」も存在する(現状、国内唯一の店舗)。 所詮はチェーン店なので、さほど期待はしていなかったが、結論から言えば総じて満足。 まず、かりゆしを着用した店員さんの接客がとても素晴らしい。空港内レストランにありがちなやたらと忙しない雰囲気はほとんどなく、ゆっくりと落ち着いて食べられる。 お勧めは「葉わさびそば」である。葉わさびのシャキシャキとした食感がとても心地良い。 当店を訪れたなら、自ら擦り下ろす一本生ワサビを是非とも試してみるべき。残ったワサビは持ち帰りも可。持ち帰り用のビニールパックも卓上に用意されている。 ちなみに、「信州そば」を冠するだけあって、卓上の七味唐辛子は「八幡屋礒五郎」である。 余談だが、東京にまともなうどん屋が存在しなかった頃(1990年初頭)の「杵屋」といえば、関東で食べられる美味いうどん屋の代名詞だった。

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 昨日 沖縄空港内の蕎麦そじ坊で天丼と蕎麦のセットをオーダーしました。ボリュームがあり、味も抜群で大満足です。特に蕎麦の香り豊かで、天丼のサクサクの衣が美味しく、絶妙な組み合わせでした。また、店員さんのサービスも非常に丁寧で、こまめに気を遣っていただきました。店内は清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気があり、トランジットの待ち時間を快適に過ごせました。おかげさまで旅行の疲れも癒されました。空港内にこんなに美味しいお蕎麦屋さんがあるとは驚きです。次回、沖縄を訪れた際にも必ず再訪したいと思いました。飛行機の待ち時間を有意義に過ごせる素晴らしい場所です。沖縄旅行の一環として、絶対に訪れる価値があるお店なので、皆さんにもぜひおすすめしたいです！

A few years ago I was going to this restaurant. One day I found a worm In the soba soup and show the bowl to the waitress and she called the manager. No apologies. The manager ask me to pay 25% of the price of food because I ate 25%. She didn't care about the fact that I saw a worm sitting in the soup while I was eating soba. I deseve compensation for the trauma instead of paying any amount of money. I gave them money because I didn't want to deal with them further. Never go...
