This is a famous chain of steak restaurants in Okinawa, and this restaurant is located in the airport. You can eat various cuts of meat in the quantity and way you like. The meat is all tender, yet very reasonable. My preference is for the tender red meat with little fat. This restaurant is a famous American chain store steakhouse in Okinawa. It offers a very typical hot plate steak. The salad , soup and bread are very American style. You are not going to be surprised, but also not disappointed.

We ordered medium rare steak ( because it is hot plate style) and beef hamburger steak....

I gave 3 starts because the hot plate was too hot for the steak: it kept cooking the meat from medium (which was real nice and tender)to become well done (overcooked meat was dry and tough). That’s my experience. I bet you guys out there might have a better luck. Keep on...
