The Miso ramen is our favorite dish here. The broth has a wonderfully rich and flavorful taste, with a delightful smokiness from the fried onions. The bamboo shoots are thick and tender. The one thing we wish they would change is making the boiled egg a slightly sweeter flavor. The broth does tend to be a bit on the salty side, but you can request a lighter soup to help mellow that out. This is especially useful on very hot days when the saltiness can be more pronounced.
We appreciate that the restaurant is thoughtful in compensating customers who parked at the nearby coin parking lot - they will give you a free size upgrade or extra bamboo shoots as a nice perk.

If you’re into spicy food, definitely...
