Authentic, delicious and healthy Okinawa dinner on our first day of arrival! The welcome pickles were yummy. The goya (bittergourd) was the most delicious I have ever had, and it was stir-fried with beancurd, pork and eggs. Excellent dish. The main course is steamed veggies + pork.. which were super healthy and yummy! Simple and wholesome. Pork dumplings and chicken salad were good too. Service was heartfelt and sincere. Highly...

A very unique restaurant with distinctive dishes. The stir-fried bitter melon and tofu is a must-try, and the fried noodles are also quite special. The steamed wild vegetables and Agu pork truly let you taste the original flavors of the food. There are two dipping sauces: the Okinawan-style yuzu vinegar and sesame miso, both of which are excellent and add a lot of flavor to the vegetables and meat. I highly recommend it...

Then wait for the sands through the hourglass,your pork will be ready. You can taste the pure Agu at first bite,then the second one you may have some misogynistic sauce with sonw-salt. You'll see the Agu university in your heart. Do not miss this,it is fun...
