I was very lucky either google map suggested this place was maybe closed or it was Monday. I was the first customer of that day, and I found I was extremely lucky that fewer people were there given the quality of the food.

Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. Communication was easy since they also use a translator.

The main chef provided me with extra dishes too.

I had 5 sets of Sushi, 5 sets of Sashimi, Sava sashimi, Grilled Stingray, etc. Sushi was well balanced between rice and fish. All fish was very fresh and fleshy. Rice was well concentrated, but not too sticky. Sava Sashimi with sesame leaves was one of my favorites. It tastes like walking in the forest after the rain with earthy odors. Stingray was very fun too. It looked like a grilled filefish, but it tastes much different.

Basically, I loved all food and drinks here.

Also, I believe the price was very cheap given the quality of the food. It was worthwhile.

Thank...

5-star sushi for the price range if you order individually the single pieces, but 2-star if you order the mix plate. 3-star starters, nothing bad but nothing extraordinary. The chutoro was very pleasant, fresh and without tendons, paired with perfect sushi rice at great acidity and texture. The scallop was meaty and sweet, and the octopus was chewy in a good way. Yet the mixed platter had an over strongly fishy smell, and it was not very appetizing. Unfortunately quite a few of the seafoods we wanted to order were not available that night, I believe if we ordered every piece individually we could have an...

If you find yourself in Okinawa and are craving an unforgettable culinary experience, you absolutely must try this incredible sushi. The quality of the fish is outstanding: fresh, delicate, and expertly sliced, making every bite a pure delight. The nigiri practically melts in your mouth, with the perfect balance between well-seasoned rice and top-tier fish creating a harmony of flavors that's hard to beat.

The restaurant's atmosphere reflects traditional Japanese hospitality, offering a calm and welcoming environment.

In short, if you're a sushi lover, this place is...
