Amazing Chinese Cuisine Experience in Okinawa!

I had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Chinese restaurant in Okinawa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Every dish was perfectly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The stir-fried beef with eggplant had a rich, savory sauce that was simply irresistible, while the fried rice was fragrant and delicious. The soup complemented the meal perfectly, making every bite even more enjoyable.

Not only was the food outstanding, but the staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made the meal even more special. I have never tasted Chinese food this delicious before, and I can’t wait to come back again!

沖縄那覇市内の高台にあるダブルツリーヒルトンの中にある、いわゆるホテルの中華レストランでディナーにします。 フロントスタッフを介して、予約をお願いするとワンドリンクのサービスがありました。普通なら、ビールとか一定価格の中から選ぶのでしょうが、ここ沖縄の地は寛大にも好きなお酒を選べる方式でしたので、高いものから順に選んでしまいます。 普段飲めない紹興酒をいただきました。 で、やはり、本土とは物価が一回り違うような気がする価格設定の中、とりあえずリーズナブルなコース＠4000円をオーダーし、追加の一品で大海老のチリソースもいってみました。 まずは、前菜からです。海老・チャーシュー・くらげはここでも三種の神器みたいな感じでお皿にのっていました。 続けて、点心です。熱々でウマウマですね。スープには、ふかひれも入っていますね。 メインの位置付けになってしまったのが、大海老チリソース煮とエビと野菜の炒めもののW海老ディッシュです。 大海老は、ホテルが大海老というくらいなので、それなり以上の大海老でした。 酢豚からのチャーハンで食事は終わりです。 足りないことはなく、コース料理としても十分だったと思います。 お酒は泡盛が、やはり地酒的位置付けで堪...
