Usaku — Restaurant in Naha

As tourists it is not always easy to find the really good japanese restaurants, somehow on Okinawa island we felt it particularly hard. Usaku paradise was recommended from a local and we are very thankful for that. It was a great experience, the warmhearted greeting card, the kindness, the fine taste in the styling, and the outstanding food in the centre. I would describe all the dishes, but then no one would read this too long review, so I try to keep short. Even though normally a salad doesn’t count as a very special dish, the cold/almost frozen vegetables combined with the warm dip was a bomb, probably such an experience which we will never forget. Now you could maybe imagine how outstanding the oyster, sashimi, sushi, wagyu beef were. I must mention that we ate a lot in order not to misunderstand the price pro person. Oh man, this izakaiya was so good. The food and service were beautifully presented and were very flavorful. There is zero English menu and the menus are written in brush script kanji, you are not going to get by with just katakana...
