5 stars for the food, especially the beef. Even the chicken was well seasoned and tender. It was easy to make a reservation online, and they do take card. Everything else was just ok.

The host was not very welcoming, bordering on slightly rude. Didn’t fully explain last order time and closing time well so I had to press to get the information. Service by the non-Japanese staff was much better - more polite and they actually brought me water when asked. There are no ventilators so the smoke will get in your face and clothes. At least we got a window seat so we could look out on Kokusaidori. There are plenty of other great yakiniku places around....

I have to say the beef curry rice is one of the best I had. It's rich and you can taste the beef even in the sauce, instead of simply a curry base with beef chunks. The pickled radish goes really well with it too. I ordered the meat set the first time I came and it comes with a small curry as one of the options. I love it so much I came back and ordered just a curry rice! I thought I have to order rice with the curry, but turned out there was already rice, not sure how it works so do check with the staff if you are ordering it a la carte. My two experiences here were great! Thank you chef and staff! p.s. it was a medium size curry rice...

The staff member named Suiya was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. The ordering rules were very unreasonable — we were told that three people could only order two of the same dish. When we asked why, she said it was the rule and if we were not happy, we could leave. We specifically drove here to eat, and this left us very upset. I strongly advise others not to come here. Please take this into consideration and improve the service so future customers don’t have to...
