My boyfriend and I came here for a hot pot dinner. I ordered the pork set and he ordered the beef set, as I do not eat beef due to personal beliefs. We asked if it was possible to have two separate pots. The staff initially said yes, which we appreciated, but then came back and told us it was not possible. We were a little disappointed but understood. However, the main issue was that the raw beef and pork were served together on the same plate. For someone who strictly avoids beef, this was quite uncomfortable and disappointing. Later on, a staff member also accidentally splashed some hot soup on me while refilling our pot. While the quality of the ingredients seemed good, the overall experience was let down by these service issues. I hope the restaurant can be more careful and considerate of guests' dietary restrictions...

We ordered the all-you-can-eat Agu pork and Ishigaki Gyu beef. The Agu pork was fresh, sweet, and flavorful with no odor, while the Ishigaki Gyu beef was just average. Recommended to choose only the Agu pork, though the meat portions were quite small.

The buffet included vegetables, but the selection was less than in Taiwan. The vegetables tasted good with the broth, but ice cream wasn’t included and had to be ordered separately, which was very different from Taiwan’s hot pot buffet standards.

Service was poor — the staff didn’t explain the menu, rarely checked on us, and we had to repeatedly ask for spoons. It felt like they weren’t very welcoming to foreign customers.

At 5,200 yen per person, it was pricey and none of us felt full. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Next time in Okinawa, we'll stick...

If I can give negative starts I will!!! This place gave me and my family the worst dinning experience in Okinawa!!! First we waited for more than 45 mins for food, I even had to go ask them where’s our food, then they serve us within 3 min after we complaint, when there were ONLY 2 tables at the time!!!! We ordered 3 tofu, they only gave us 1, I had to complaint again to received my other tofu, and they serve us 3 more tofu! But in the end, they charged us 6 tofu!!!!! When I asked to check the list, the lady was not letting me, and kept ask us to sign!! Without signing it, she wouldn’t give us the list to check!! What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!DONT COME!!!...
