Great coffee from the English-speaking owner D., who regularly visits the US/Australia and is connected with other cafes in the Nagoya area. He also has a heart of gold and saved my Magome/Tsumago trip when I had nowhere to stow my baggage - a great guy who absolutely does his country proud.

Excellent quality coffee, roasted and blended by HillBilly themselves. Small shop though so expect to wait for seats or get take away. We went early morning and managed to sit inside.
