Cafe located near Nishinokyō Station. Nicely decorated inside with old time charm. No English menu or pictures. Asked chef what he recommended.
Received fried shrimp with tartare sauce, side dishes included pasta with red tomato sauce, bean sprouts with mushrooms, salad with dressing, and stuffed shoshito pepper (beef filling?). All very good. :)
