I'd like to give them 5 stars but service is an important element to me. Their ordering filling system just makes no sense to me. We've now been there at least four times thinking, okay this time will be different... but it never was. Ordering a takeaway gelato averaged us 20 minutes wait. It just makes no sense. I think what they do is, after you order your name goes into their order queue and you just have to wait until they get to your order regardless of whether you are dining in for pizza or waiting on a takeout gelato cone. It's frankly frustrating. The staff is nice, the location is nice and the gelato is good. But until they change their approach to how orders are completed, I can't go...

The attractive-looking cafe offers gelato that can be eaten in or taken away as a cone. Bearing in mind that there were fewer tourists due to covid, we were surprised to find that we had to sign our name and wait... for a takeaway cone! They serve all customers according to arrival and don't have a separate person dealing with those that just want to buy a cone and go. After waiting 20 minutes, and knowing there were still two parties ahead of us, we did what a family before us did - gave up!
