The cakes aren't that sweet which is a good thing but the taste isn't remarkable for the price, maybe use real vanilla beans or higher quality ingredients to improve the taste. The staff start all customer interactions by asking if the order is for there or to go which is a bit off-putting. Wtf. Maybe just ask customers to order first because it's not a fast food restaurant and they don't require payment right away.
