4* for the staff, mostly younger folks/student age - they really work hard - this place has many tables & very busy around meal times!

Value/price - 4* - that’s why it’s crowded. My dinner was only 700yen ($4.75US)!

Food - 3* Nice that they give you soda, coffee/tea for free. My spaghetti vongole is maybe 7/10 - lucky the pasta wasn’t over cooked/too soft & seems generous with the small Manila clams. However, would have tasted so much better if they added more fresh or dried parsley & garlic to flavor the sauce (never mind white wine since this is low priced), but as it is, flavor profile is mostly of butter and salt. Fair/good amount of pasta & clams given the price.

The sauté spinach was not to my liking - too much fatty pork in it (see pic) - wish they made it simple Italian style with fresh garlic with a squeeze of lemon!

Would come back, but try other items on the menu.

Good meal for that money! First time I tried some vegetable spaghetti. For me very dry and no tase at all. But because this italian restaurant was so crowded of people I gave another try and had a shrimp risoto with a garlic toast! That was great, I enjoyed it a lot. Risoto was more like a soup with rice, vegetables and shrimps but anyway - good taste. Put more chilli&tabasco&cheese and it is just perfect. Good food, average portions and quality, fast service. Worth to try it once in your lifetime, so pay attention to what you order. We were to serve some kind of brunch before travel to Yokohama.
