I chose this hotel, because my flight was early in the morning, due to its very cheap price (around $25 USD) and because it offers free shuttle bus to NRT.
When it comes to its location, its around a 15 minute walk from JR Narita Station; take it into consideration if you're carrying large suitcases. Related to the location, there's an AEON Supermarket across the street and a 7-Eleven 5 minutes walk away. Also, there's a steak restaurant next to the hotel.
On a very positive note, there's a Family Mart INSIDE the hotel; however, it's not 24/7. Also, and related to the free shuttle bus, they're super punctual and it only takes around 10 minutes to get to the airport.
When it comes to the services, I wish they had more amenities like most Japanese hotels such as: Body sponge/towel, skin lotion/milk or even bath salts for the Ofuro. In addition to that, the hotel's restaurant opens until 7:00 am, which is not very convenient since they have very early shuttle busses, and many of us would like to grab a bite before our flight... Though, you can always go to a 7-Eleven haha which is what I did, since the one close to the hotel is 24/7 indeed.
Moreover, their staff understands and speaks English very well, which sets a pleasant difference in comparison to most hotels in Japan.
Finally, I was kind of hesitant about the cleanliness of the hotel, regarding other reviews... In my opinion, yes you can see stains on the corridors' carpets and on the walls... On the other hand, loo, sheets, furniture, were clean... No bedbugs, no other insects... So, nothing to...

Read moreOverview:
This hotel is about 15-20minutes by car from NRT, and they provide shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport. The price was also decently cheap (you get what you pay for) but we were concerned about cleanliness, and we ended up checking out early to get an Air BnB close by (the above statements seem to be consistent with other hotels in the area, I suggest an AirBnB instead)
More Specifics:
This hotel seems muggy and smelly the second you step into the hallways, smells of smoke even though it was a “non smoking room”.
Rooms were about the size of typical Tokyo hotel rooms, but my wife was very concerned about the cleanliness of the room/hotel itself. The hotel is very busy and the walls are paper thin. If you decide to stay here bring ear plugs.
Family Mart downstairs was nice to have, but You can also walk 5min down the road for the same thing.
Breakfast was about on par with what you will find in Tokyo/Japan in a hotel, nothing special.
Staff seemed nice and willing to help with what they could, but the hotel was not willing to give us our money back when we decided to check out early.
In the end we decided to eat the cost and still move to an AirBnB because of the cleanliness and paper thin walls...
