Seafood BBQ "Mekiki-no-Ginji" Keisei-Narita Station — Restaurant in Narita

My sister and I just went into this restartuant tonight, or rather trying. They wanted us to wait at the reception and then a girl came to greet us in Japanese happily, and during the brief communication, she discovered that we don't speak japanese. She then used her translation app on her mobile, telling us that it is fully booked, which is somehow not convincing. There were lots of empty tables (it was mostly empty), it was well pass busy dinner hours and they didn't tell us that it was fully booked when we were greeted. In fact, they seemed to be happy to receive us. This is not the first time that I am treated this way while traveling in Japan. However, there is something especially rude in this case. We thought we should write our unpleasant experience of how we were treated in this restaurant for the others as reference before they decide to go dine in this restaurant. Particularly just outside of the restaurant, there is a post indicating that they offer extra both English and Chinese menus as well. Found dead fly in the Sashimi Dish. They changed another one for us (hope they're not giving the same plate to us 🙏). Upon leaving, the receipt charged an extra 473 yen per head on top. No clear notification of this charge in the menu or on the dining table. Service was not good, too. This was the 1st restaurant we had such a charge in Japan. It's a crazy restaurant. Amazing place that opens late. Good place to visit during layovers in Narita. Right next to the Kensei Narita Station. One stop from Terminal 2 Narita. (one way Yen 270 via the Kensei line)
