以前、青島食堂の秋葉原店で食べようと立ち寄ったとき、数十人の行列にたじろいでしまって食べられませんでした。 今回は新潟に行く用事があり、絶対にここで食べたいと覚悟して訪店。

店舗はかなり年期が入っていて、よい趣のある店舗外観です。 店内は扉が開き放たれいて、注意書きに「店内、釜熱で暑くなっています」とあり、エアコンと扇風機はあるものの、狭い店内ですがかなり暑さを感じる店内です。 ただ、カウンターだけの客席の前に大きな湯釜があり、店内がな暑いことに納得です。 それ以上に、カウンターから近い場所で返しから作るスープ、大きな湯釜で麺を泳がせ、平ざるでしっかり湯を切る、茹でムラがおきにくい方法で加水率高めの麺は本当に美味しかったです。 麺量は標準で175グラム、大盛で250グラム。しっかり食べたい方は大盛をお勧めします。 スープは濃いめの見た目をしていますが、それ程濃く感じず、自分は完飲してしまいました。 生姜感はそれほど強くなく、他の店舗でも食べてみたくなりました。 食券を買って、ご主人から声が掛かるまでてんぽまえで待つスタイルです。 閉店は19時ですが、遅くに訪店するとチャーシューが無くなることがあるようです。 自分もそれに当たりましたが、標準でも十分チャーシューが入っています。 ご主人の丁寧な言葉使いでの接客。気持ち良く食事ができました。 駐車場はありません。道路を挟んだ向かい側に軽自動車専用の有料駐車場もありますので、軽自動車の方は利用するとよいかと。 また...
