I tried the mochi stick bread with soy bean powder (kinako). It was fried, but not too oily which is something that happens far too often. The flavor was very similar to donuts, but it still preserved enough of its bread quality not to crossover to be considered a donut. The amount of sweetness was excellent as well as the ratio of sweet soy bean powder. It didn’t overpower the bread or make it difficult to eat. The price point was excellent, and the volume of the bread was satisfying. The service was adequate but not amazing, and the store is attached to the Aeon shopping mall, so it’s perpetually in use, but it’s clean and a nice weigh station for a break from the mall’s...
