This is the worst Indian/nepali restaurant experience in Japan. I went to some Indian restaurants in remote locations in Japan, fortunately most of the time I got really delicious experiences. I wonder how this shop exists near Nigata railway station. I ordered today's special curry and child set. The curry was just below average, and the plain nan was not properly cooked. The drinks(mango lassi) were too bad. They prepared mango lassi with the same mixer of some curry I guess. Please wash your mixer properly before making juice otherwise the taste of other items will impact the taste of the lassi. The waiter in the shop cleaned the glass door and entrance with some detergents and served the food without washing his hand. He even cleaned the toilet during our dinner. That said the food comes out really quickly and is hot and delicious! You can specific they spice level, and with lunch sets you can get a lassi or chai for only ¥100 more! The amount of food for lunch is more than enough too! I was also able to take some samosas home when I couldn’t finish them there....
