柳鮨 — Restaurant in Niigata

I wanted to eat Sushi in the city which is famous for tasty sushi. I did not know any particular places nor any recommendations. Here comes the Google map which shows me lists of local sushi restaurants within walking distance from the JR Niigata station. This place had one of the highest ratings and that was my reason to pick up this place. It worked well! The restaurant has four ranks of sushi sets, and I asked if they can serve “chirashi sushi”, which is a assortment of different fish over vinegar rice. I chose Tokujyo, which is the special superior class, the highest quality assortment of sushi. They were awesome! See the menu, to see sushi assortment for four different pricing. Regular fresh for Y1,200, middle fresh for Y1,500, Superior fresh for Y1,800 and Special superior for Y2,200. I asked if they can do the chirashi (raw fish over rice bowl), and look what I got! Special superior fresh Chirashi 特生ちらし　“Tokunama-chirashi” for Y2,200.
