The owner is very straightforward and will tell you what you ask for. So go ask if you offer any thing vegan and he will say soba noodles - without meat, fish, egg or bonito/dashi. Yummy ramen. The place is kind of large but only an old couple runs the place so please be patient with ordering or billing.
