Genki Burger — Restaurant in Nozawaonsen

I'm a kid who went to Nozawaonsen in February. This place was right next to my hotel, so I went there for dinner usually. The food is genuinely great. The Skyline Chicken Burger and the Umami-san are both my usual, and they're absolutely amazing. The Chicken Burger with a crispy and juicy chicken, with the Umami-san being made with a sweet and savory homemade jam. The fries are loaded plenty with melted cheese and scallions, really nice and crispy with a lot of salt. Now, the restaurant itself is small, but it has a cozy feel to it and it's a nice place to go to, with extremely nice staff that I even became good friends with before I left. The food comes out pretty quick, fresh off the grill.

We came here for dinner tonight and this place did not disappoint. We ordered the one Genki and Abunai each and they were delicious in their own way with very different flavors. We also ordered a original Loaded Fries and they were delicious and quite filling. The wait time is what it is because these burgers are cooked to order so we were happy to wait. The place is cozy, but there is enough seating and the dinner crowd quickly filled the space. I thought the price was quite reasonable for the freshness and the quality. You get what you pay for. I recommend this for anyone looking for a top notch burger while they’re here and I would revisit again. Awesome place in the middle of Nozawa Onsen town. American style burgers....was soooo goooood. They have different options but we tried the classic cheeseburger...that was amazing...so happy to taste some western style in a burger. Melt cheese, pickles, good size of the meat, so so tasty... You also have other options with more ingredients, and different sauces. Good and friendly service, it's was busy but the service was fast tho. Maybe next time we will try the fries... They look so good also. The place doesn't have too much space, so during busy times it will be crowded inside or you will need to wait until you find a seat for yourself, but if you are going to give me that kind of burger....It will be worth...
