A Che Che serves thai cuisine with fresh local ingredients and seasoned with authentic spices and flavour.

We started our meal with refreshing salad consists of corriander leaves, tomato, cucumber, onion, with vinegar dressing.

Our main dish was "Thai grilled chicken with jasmine rice".

It was made of boneless chicken thigh (halal certified) which seasoned in a very interesting combination of honey-like sweetness with a hint of lemon. Then sprinkled with corriander leaves, cabbage, a bit of pepper, green chilli pickle, also fresh-cut red chilli. Savoury shrimp crackers got along very well in this dish.

The chicken was really good. But the one that got most of my attention was the jasmine rice. The thai long-grain rice was literally has jasmine scent and it was cooked with chicken broth to compensate the dryness which is typical in most long-grain type of rice. Sure I will be...

Looking for another ethnic cuisine in Okayama city. And this time is for Thai restaurant! This restaurant just less than 10 minutes on foot from Okayama Station West Gate. What a cozy and unique place both outside interior and inside. I was curious with jasmine rice the wrote in the menu, so I tried one with grilled chicken. And it is really good combination. Kind of different taste of rice I ve ever tried. More importantly this restaurant is also muslim friendly. Will come again to try...

日曜午後12:00過ぎに到着。 店内満席のため、外の椅子で待ちました。 テイクアウトやUber Eatsもされてます。メニューを見ながら、何を食べようかなーと悩みます。全部美味しそう。 20分間ほど待ったあと、着席。店内はかなり狭いです。水はセルフサービスです。気づかずに頼んでしまいましたが、親切にも持ってきてくださいました。優しいスタッフさんです。 ガパオライスとカオガイヤーンのスープ&サラダ&ドリンクセット、パパイヤのサラダを注文しました。ドリンクはマンゴージュースとジャスミンティー。 単品にプラス500円でドリンク、サラダ、スープのセットにできるようです。 待つこと5分ほどでしょうか、まずはドリンクが到着。そして別注文の青パパイヤサラダが到着。辛い!けどシャキシャキで美味しいです。 サラダをモシャモシャ食べていると、ランチセットが到着しました。 良い香りです〜 実は、パッタイとカオマンガイが食べたかったのですが、売り切れだったので、普段食べないものにしました。 が、それが大正解! ガパオライスはバジルの風味がさわやかで病みつきになる味でした。 カオガイヤーンは、タレの味が絶品でした。 ジャスミンライスがとーっても美味しいので、どちらも最後の一口まで美味しく幸せにいただきました。 スープはトムヤムクンで、辛さの中に適度な酸味があり、そして旨味がいっぱいで、とても美味しかったです。 青パパイヤのサラダは、初挑戦だったのですが、シャキシャキ食感が良かったです。 辛いのは苦手なのですが、風味と旨味が秀逸なので、少しの辛さは何ともなかったです。 スタッフさんはお二方でされていて、忙しそうですが、とってもフレンドリーです。 お料理をされている男性の方は、お店を出るときに一組一組声掛けをしてくれます。 途中で小さいお子さん連れが来たときは、満席だから暑い中を外でお待たせするのが申し訳ないから、とお断りされていました。気遣いです。 お料理もサービスもスタッフさんの対応も最高だったので、また必ず行こうと思いました。 次回は、大人気のパッタイとカオマンガイが食べてみたいです! 通いたくなるお気に入りのお店が増えて嬉しいです。
