We’re tourists travelling from London and the restaurant overcharged us.

We came as a party of 5 after finding about the restaurant on social media.

We had reserved the table a week in advance, the food was nice but the restaurant overcharged us by 3000 yen.

The lady working at the restaurant took part of the bill payment from our party, then came back to take the 2nd/3rd payment and had said she didn’t take the first payment.

They refused to check the security cameras - they had 2 - one directly above our table and another above the till. We didn’t want to miss our last trajn home so we just paid her an extra 3,000...

Prices are very reasonable for both food and drinks, staff are friendly and efficient. You will need to watch google maps carefully to find it as it is a very small shop front behind a single door.
