JOE’s COFFEE — Restaurant in Okayama

We specifically chose this place because we were looking for a specialty coffee with latte art that also offered a good breakfast. Upon arrival, after placing our order, we were told that card payment was not accepted. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough cash, so we wandered through the streets for about 10 minutes to find an ATM. When we returned to the shop, we were refused the option to order food; only drinks were still available. To this day, we don’t know why and received no explanation. A nice looking coffee shop. You could choose from thee types of coffee roasts (light, medium and dark). I chose the dark and it had a deep flavor. They also had a good selection of food items.
