A nice and small bar in Shotengai (shopping arcade area) of Okayama. They have an English Menu, but if you like to drink a lot, try their Nomihodai (all you can drink cocktail and few other selection of drinks for 90 minutes). The owner does not know how to speak English, but he is very kind and will try his best to help you to recommend you a good cocktail. And they also have a great selection of foreign imported beers. And bunch of snack menua to try as...
