Ramen Haiku: Tokushima taste, Rich deep broth for yolk to bathe, Noodle perfection 🍜 First taste of Tokushima ramen and was not disappointed. The ramen broth was rich and deep brown - I’ve been told this is the most popular of the three broths used in Tokushima Ramen. Each bowl comes with an optional raw egg that you can collect from the counter. The yolk mixed so well with the broth and added a creamy texture. The noodles had a good bite and the pork was fatty with a chew. Only cost 750 yen. I had no issues with the staff as previous reviews have mentioned. Even with the language barrier they seemed patient and kind. Tasty!

Bought the summer special ramen (around 680 yen or so)that came with pork strips, ramen eggs, cucumber, lime, other vegetables <3 it was SOOO delicious and refreshing! Its even better how they give free raw eggs (one for each customer) for you to crack over your ramen to coat the noodles with a rich orange shine.

今日は早い時間帯で真夏日到達．．．暑いときには熱い食べ物で涼を取りましょう、やって来たのは「ラーメン東大」さん、イオンモール岡山四階フードコートエリアにあります。 5人待ちのカウンターに列び、注文＆支払い、ラーメン丼を受け取りカウンター席まで運びます。卵は一個無料なので頂きます^^ 注文は炙りチャーシュー麺、スープは濃厚な醤油豚骨仕様、徳島ラーメンの茶系でしょうか、岡山ラーメンの豚骨醤油スープに良く似ていますが、こちらの方が角が丸まって優しい味わいです。 麺は中細ストレート、デフォで少し軟いでしょうか、適度な加水でスープとの相性良いです。チャーシューは盛り付け前にガスバーナーでしっかり炙っていますね、中サイズで5枚、脂のりが良く美味しいチャーシューです。他の具材はシナチク・青ネギです。 生卵は中盤で崩し麺に絡めます、醤油豚骨スープと生卵の相性は良いですね、甘さが増して最後まで美味しく頂きました^^
