Yakiniku Horumon Manpuku Okayama Heiwamachi — Restaurant in Okayama

If you are foreign visitors, I highly recommend you to skip this restaurant, you will end up paying over price, low quality meat plus the rest of your night will be ruined.

There’s no explanation of what’s included of the 90 mins course on this menu, nor the picture shows the real photo, everything was very scammy, and they didn’t feel the need to explain to me until I asked, the intestines were horrible, and we couldn’t even ask them to not include them in it.

The staffs was extremely rude, all of them, not even one person was nice enough, the moment I went inside, there was no other customers, and the staff had the audacity to ask if its okay for me to sit at the counter table ?? You ain’t fooling me with this, I know I’m foreigner but I speak Japanese, the way they speak to me in Japanese was mad disrespectful.

The food was horrible, the cut of the meat often comes with a big chunk of fat, and they’re swimming in the yakiniku sauce, the staff didn’t even ask me if I needed rice until I asked them, this is definitely not a normal customer service.

I’ve travel to Japan 10+times and this is the worst yakiniku place I’ve ever visit, they obviously treat foreigners differently.

Most of the bad reviews are from foreign visitors, and the Japanese locals left good reviews, that says a lot about this...

모듬 소고기 3종 세트

1. 갈비, 로스, 갈매기 부위라고 표기되어 있으나 짜투리 고기가 나온 듯 합니다. 갈비 (?) : 특정 부위의 경계면을 대충 썰어 나온 짜투리 고기 같이 한 부위라고 생각하기 어려웠습니다. 로스 (?) : 양념되어 있어, 상태 확인은 어려우나 해당 부위도 짜투리 느낌이 강했습니다. 갈매기 (?) : 갈매기살이라고 보기엔 어려워보였고 양념 + 짜투리 로 느껴졌습니다.

가격

1. 일본어 메뉴판을 처음 받고, 한국어 메뉴판을 추가로 요청하였으며 가격을 비교해보니, 일부 메뉴들에서 가격차이가 있었습니다.
2. 전표를 요청하여 메뉴별 가격을 확인해보니, 더 비싼 금액이 적용되어 있었습니다.
3. 해당 이유에 대해 종업원에게 물어보니, 양을 더 많이 줘서 그렇다고 합니다. ( 무슨 기준으로 양을 더 줬단건지 ?)
4. 메뉴판에는 어떠한 표기도 없기에 재차 얘기를 하니 사장에게 확인하러 가더니, 일본 메뉴판 가격으로 준다고 하네요.

호로몬 모듬 ( 소금 ) 호로못 자체의 맛은 괜찮은 편입니다. 그러나 역시나 짜투리를 준 느낌입니다. 뒤쪽의 일본인에게 지급된 호로몬은 상태가 괜찮아 보였기 때문입니다.

종업원은 잘못이 없다고 생각합니다. 이 가게의 방침떄문에 발생한 일이기 때문이니까요. 외국인에게 추가금을 받는 경우가 있기에 그러한 이유라면 그나마 납득을 할겁니다. ( 물론 설명은 필요 ) 일본을 다니며, 늘 좋은 기억과 경험이 있습니다. 그러나 이 경험은 일본외에 다닌 여행을 모두 포함하여 가장 좋지 않은 기억입니다. ( 더 논쟁하고 싶지 않아 10,296엔에서 9,064엔으로 변경된 가격으로 계산 하였습니다. 저희가 계산 했을 때는 8,xxx엔 이였습니다. )

1. It's marked as ribs, rosacea, and seagull I think there's meat in ttaturi. Galbi(?) : It was hard to think of it as one part like a piece of meat that was roughly cut off from the boundary of a specific part. Ross(?) : It's seasoned, so it's hard to check the condition, but the area also had a strong texture. Seagull(?) : It looked hard to see as seagull flesh and it felt like seasoning + chatturi.

Price

1. When I first received the Japanese menu, I requested an additional Korean menu, and when I compared the prices, there was a price difference in some menus.
2. When I asked for a slip and checked the price for each menu, a more expensive amount was applied.
3. When I asked the employee about the reason, they said it was because they gave me more quantity. (What's the standard for giving more?)
4. There is no indication on the menu, so when I told him again, he went to check with the boss and said he was giving it to me at the price of the Japanese menu.

Salted dish of Horomon The taste of Horomot itself is good. However, it feels like it has been given a paturi, because the horomon given to the Japanese in the back seemed to be in good condition.

You don't think there's anything wrong, because it happened because of the store's policy. There are cases where you receive extra money from foreigners, so if that's the reason, you'll understand. (Of course, explanation is needed.) Going around Japan, I always have good memories and experiences. However, this experience is the worst memory, including all the trips outside of Japan.

(We calculated the price changed from 10,296 yen to 9,064 yen because we didn't want to argue anymore. It was 8,xxx when we calculated.)

牛肉盛り合わせ3点セット

1. カルビ、ロース、カモメの部位と表記されていますが 半端な肉が出てきたようです。 カルビ(?):特定部位の境界面をざっくり切って出てきた切れ端の肉のような部位とは考えにくいでした。 ロース(?):味付けしているので、状態の確認は難しいですが、当部位も切れ味が強かったです。 ハラミ(?):ハラミと見るには難しそうで、味付け+半端な感じがしました。

価格

1. 日本語のメニューを初めてもらって、韓国語のメニューを追加で要請して価格を比較してみたら、一部のメニューで価格差がありました。
2. 伝票をお願いしてメニューごとの価格を確認したところ、より高い金額が適用されていました。
3. その理由について従業員に聞いたところ、もっと量をくれたからだそうです。(何の基準で量をもっと与えたというのか)
4. メニューには何の表記もないので、改めて話をしたら社長に確認しに行ったら、日本のメニューの値段でくれるそうです。

ホロモンの盛り合わせ（塩） ホロモット自体の味は良い方です。 しかし、やっぱり端っこをつけた感じです。 後ろの日本人に支給されたホロモンは、状態がよさそうに見えたからです。

従業員は間違いがないと思います。 この店の方針のせいで起きたことですからね。 外国人から追加金をもらう場合があるので、そういう理由なら納得できるはずです。 （もちろん説明は必要） 日本を通って、いつもいい思い出と経験があります。 しかしこの経験は日本以外に通った旅行を含めて一番良くない記憶です。

If you are a foreigner and not good at Japanese, please don’t come to this store if you want to have a nice experience.

This is the worst I had in Japan. Each of the staff has different explanation for the menu and I don’t think that’s what I think about Japanese people.

The menu is wrongly translated and you will not get correct answer from the staff and the one who is cutting the meat.
