This authentic, family-owned Japanese gem offers some of the freshest fish we have ever tasted, alongside traditional dishes prepared with an incredible focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients (also vegetables! The best aubergine ever tasted). The cuisine feels truly local and heartfelt, with every bite reflecting the chef’s passion and dedication (いきがい).
We asked for a dish of sashimi and the rest OSUSUME (chef’s recommendations) — sake included — everything was absolutely mind-blowing.
The attention to detail in both presentation and flavors was extraordinary, making it a perfect place for refined dining.
