Not exaggerating, probably one of the best restaurants in Japan! This authentic, family-owned Japanese gem offers some of the freshest fish we have ever tasted, alongside traditional dishes prepared with an incredible focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients (also vegetables! The best aubergine ever tasted). The cuisine feels truly local and heartfelt, with every bite reflecting the chef’s passion and dedication (いきがい).

We asked for a dish of sashimi and the rest OSUSUME (chef’s recommendations) — sake included — everything was absolutely mind-blowing.

The attention to detail in both presentation and flavors was extraordinary, making it a perfect place for refined dining.

The service was wonderfully warm and friendly, with attentive chef, super nice and welcoming, without ever being intrusive.

A dining experience we will never forget — highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine Japanese hospitality and world-class cuisine.

Lovely couple that runs that small sushi and seafood place. They are really caring for their customer and offer great sashimi and all kind of simmered and grilled seafood.
