ハチャプリ — Restaurant in Osaka

My first time trying Russian food in general. Was a unique experience and the cook did a great job preparing my selected items, tho I just think I'm not much of a fan of Russian food. She was polite and did recommend some nice options, including the beet soup which to my surprise I enjoyed more than I expected with how flavorful it was. Cheese bread was rather plain but I suppose it's in the name. They were out of 1x requested food item which was disappointing as it was still listed on the menu. I was definitely a fan of the vodka they had made in Georgia, tasteful stuff. I came in when most others restaurants were closed between 3-5 PM. Also the lamb pie appetizer I asked for did certainly take some time to prepare as she warned, and was the last item to be served despite all I ordered unfortunately. Regardless, all the food I was relatively tasteful, and I'd recommend it to someone interested in trying Russian food. I can’t speak to the food. I came without a reservation, perhaps this was the problem. The restaurant is small but stylish and cozy looking, and the menu was put outside for pedestrians to see. ロシア料理で特に食べたことがないペリメニを食べたく、こちらのお店へ。

お店の場所は大阪メトロ中央線九条駅から徒歩１０分弱くらい北東へ移動した場所の住宅街等の中にあり、お店の看板もないためメニューの板で確認しました。

メニューはペリメニ、ピロシキ、ロールキャベツのセット３種類であり、それぞれ副菜が付きます。 ペリメニにしました。 ⚫︎ペリメニ ペリメニはロシア版餃子というイメージは持っていましたが、牛乳ベースのソースとの相性がイメージがつきませんでした。 ペリメニそのものは水餃子そのものですね。餡はお肉とサーモンですが、お肉の味が強く、そういう意味では小籠包と言えるかも。ソースはクリームシチューをうんと薄くしたものに少しだけ酸味があるものでした。ソース以外にサワークリームとマヨネーズの間みたいなものがあり、アクセントになっていました。 ⚫︎ピロシキ パン生地は脂のせいかもしれませんが、甘味のあるものでした。中の具はキャベツやミンチの想像通りのものでした。 ペリメニのソースにつけて食べたらより美味しかったです。 ⚫︎冷製ボルシチ 通常は温かいボルシチですが、５０円の追加で冷製に変えました。 優しい甘みのあるスープで、爽やかスッキリとしてほんの少し酸味がありフルサイズでいただきたいくらいでした。 温かいスープではサワークリームがのっていますが、冷たい方はヨーグルトです。 ⚫︎サラダ ビーツの入ったドレッシングがかかっており、あっさりして美味しかったです。

数少ないロシア料理のお店として初めてのお客さんも多いかとは思いますが、常連さんも多い感じでした。 デザートでラム酒の入ったケーキがあるみたいですが、今日はありませんでした。 またの機会に他のメニューと共に利用したいと思います。
