This is a specialty miso ramen shop. You purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine and hand it to the staff. It seems the vending machine only supports Japanese.

【大阪ラーメン新店巡り】 《味噌RAMEN凸 》 『味玉味噌ラーメン 1,000円』

この日仕事終わりに向かったのは、天六にある《味噌RAMEN凸》さん。 以前この地で《つけ麺＋酒場 選れ寄れ》さんとして営業されていましたが、昨年6月に味噌ラーメン専門店としてリニューアルし、いきなり某ラーメン誌で味噌部門準GPを獲得したほどの実力派！ 入口の券売機で『味玉味噌ラーメン』の食券を購入しカウンター席に着席。 7分ほどで着丼〜🍜

【ビジュアル】 照明に照らされてキラキラと鶏油煌めく濃厚スープがなんとも美しい！ トッピングもスープに沈むことなく綺麗に盛り付けられており、視覚的にも楽しませてくれます。

【スープ】 まずはスープを… んっまーーーー！ 豚骨ベースのスープに芳醇な味噌の風味が香り立ち、濃厚でありながらも時折感じる柚子の清涼感。これはなかなかの美味しさです！

【麺】 麺が衝撃の美味さ！全粒粉入りの極太ちぢれ麺なんですが、もちもちとした食感がたまらなく美味しくて、またスープとの相性も抜群！！この麺めっちゃ好き！

【トッピング】 チャーシューは脂の乗りがいい豚バラと質感のいい豚肩ロースの2種。 メンマ、白髪ネギ、紫玉ねぎ、柚子。 味玉は鮮やかな黄身がとろーんととろけでる、たまらんやつ〜！

美味しすぎて気付けば完食完汁〜 ご馳走さまでした。😋 これ…個人的にめっちゃ好き！ 生山椒味噌ラーメンなどもかなり気になるのでまた絶対再訪しますー！
