We ordered the 5000 yen BBQ platter with Brisket, roast beef, chicken, and sausage (with mac and cheese, jambalaya, and fries on the side) split amongst 4 people. Food was flavorful and filling, though the jambalaya was a little dry. The macaroni and cheese was a definite standout, being slightly tangy which accented the creamy cheesiness. Noodles weren't too soft, unlike lesser BBQ joints.
Beers can be ordered in full pints at 900 yen which is a great price considering most places in Japan only serve up to half-pints or less. The stout was very chocolatey without being too overbearing. The "strawberry milkshake IPA" was made with real strawberry puree and lived up to its name.
Overall solid, inventive craft beers, fantastic BBQ, cordial and friendly service in both English and Japanese. I wish we had this place closer to where I live so I can eat here...
Read moreI haven't been to the location, but got UberEats from this restaurant. The food is ridiculously good. The jumbalaya, perfect. The half-sour pickles, a treat you can't find anywhere else in Japan. The sauce, a bit "Japanese style" for my taste, but very, very high quality. If I had to nitpick, the only thing I'd have to say is that they should leave a bit more if the bone sticking out of rib for easier extraction.
